I must admit i was anxious

Thank Goodness for Fast Passport Center!! Just a few days before leaving on an international vacation I noticed my passport had just expired. I was mortified at my oversight and afraid that all the money we had just spent on flights and accommodations was to be wasted, never mind disappointing my husband. Praying for a miracle I went online and was excited to find that Fast Passport Center was able to help me. Yay!!!!! With fingers crossed I filled out the paperwork, gathered the materials and had my package shipped off to them the following day. My only reason for giving 4 stars instead of 5 is that there were 2-3 times when I was anticipating an email or return phone call and after a couple hours of not hearing back I had to call them. This caused me to feel anxious. Fortunately they were very good about picking up and professionally responding to my call. I would ideally give a 4.5 or 4.75 if possible. And so my advice to other customers would be to just call right away if you have any questions or concerns. The final result was that I received my new passport on the morning I flew and was sooooo unbelievably grateful for their services. Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!
