Contacted fastestvpn about issues loading, not happy with the speeds either, asked for my guaranteed money back within 15 days, this was within 24 hours, they will not refund me, just keep asking questions about what's the issue, I would never buy again!!! After posting on here, they say they have issued a refund, not yet received, I will update if it appears.

This is a great vpn service!!! I like it, no problems at all, stable speed!!!! Good service, adblocker, NAT firewall, and... super super supergood!!! Keep on the good work!!!!

They offer very attractive lifetime subscriptions, however nowhere is mentioned that there is a PRO version, which costs $2 a month extra, and gives you the benefits you need as a minimum, like split tunneling, faster speed connections, all streaming channels supported. Update: 1 September 2023 After mail contact with support, the outcome was that this is their normal way of doing business. Meaning the one star review still stands. Update: 19 January 2024 Again contact with Support of fastestvpn, and they understood my concerns. Although still not 100% correct, they helped me very well, and I'm happy and will increase my star level to 4.

FastestVPN is an entirely useless vpn. I have been using it for the last 12 to 13 months. I am disappointed by this. I waste 1 hour every day trying to connect to the fastest server. Its software hangs whenever I try to connect to the server. Sometimes, I get only 1-5 Mbps speed though I use 200 Mbps internet. I have also tried its Chrome extension. Everything sucks. Totally waste of money. I had bought its lifetime plan, but now I think I made a mistake. I am now considering getting a VPN from another company so I don't have to waste my time on this daily.

I am here to add my review to the growing mountain of lifetime users who suddenly noticed that a lot of the services they used to enjoy were suddenly cut off. I have used and enjoyed this service for several years now, and just realized that a lot of the servers I used to have access to have been disabled. No pop up box upon opening the app, no email to tell me that the service was changing, nothing. Granted, they offered to let me pay only the $20 difference between what I had already paid and the new price, but I was never told that this was coming. Edit: This review is still true, but after I refused to change my review, they offered me a $10 refund of the extra I paid to get their up to date service if I changed my review.

Ease of use. I have had one difficulty in 18 months,,, I got instant access to online chat without having to put in a form & wait 72 hours for help... In the meantime though I realised I probably needed to uninstall & reinstall as my phone has been upgraded.... The issue was fixed immediately!!!! I have shared my LIFE SUBSCRIPTION with 2 others whom feel as positive as I do about this app. Many, many, many VPN APPS out there CLAIM TO DO WHAT THIS ONE DOES FOR MUCH MORE THAN THE PRICE OF THIS ONE.... HOWEVER,,, THIS IS THE ONLY ONE THAT COMES CLOSE TO FULL FILLING ITS CLAIMS!!! IT LITERALLY DOES DO WHAT IT SAYS.. Communication with the company who owns the app has been easy and second to none. I had my nephew download a VPN without my consent which debited my account each month.... It took me over a year to work out how to unsubscribe,,,, then a year later I needed to email a legal demand that they STOP DEBITING MY ACCOUNT.... 2 YEARS OF SUBSCRIPTION THEY TOOK FROM ME..... This app has been soooooo easy to navigate & incredibly easy to access the company when required. I sing it's praises to all!
