Great support and remarkable patience from Chuck who helped get me set up after I had great difficulty

Bought a lifetime plan several years ago. Have had to contact company only twice since then. Today couldn't get VPN to connect; contacted company via CHAT. Technical support was pretty quick, and after several tries -with different methods- bottom line was that my password was no longer recognized. Set a new password, and the problem was gone. NOTE: Since my initial use of this system in 2019 (??), connections are easier, and speed has increased. You might be just as pleased wit this service as I am.

Seems like this company is posting a ton of fake reviews right now to keep their rating high. This VPN is the worst. Lifetime is not lifetime with them. They tried to charge me more for Wireguard after I bought a lifetime that said all updates and features were included. They suddenly cutoff access when the service was finally working somewhat good. Do not give this company your credit card or any of your personal information. If you must buy this service buy it from a third party so you can avoid giving them a credit card. Also they will have to pay a commission to the third party site also. This company is a complete scam and their apps have never worked well.

This is an updated review following contact from customer service. Originally I posted a negative review about how the original lifetime users we're being asked to pay again for another lifetime subscription for extra services. I still stand by original opinion that some services were removed which shouldn't of been. Anyway after leaving the review I was contacted by customer service and they have resolved the problem (For Now) I say that as I'm not sure if I will have my account deleted after this review goes live. I do hope that they honour the agreement they have offered, and if they do I would recommend their services. Hopefully I won't have to update the review in the future.

Pesima experiencia. Algunos servidores, de los pocos disponibles no funcionaban y los que funcionaban eran muuy lentos, con interrupciones continuas en el streaming. Mal servicio.

I had an overall terrible experience with all aspects of this service. After signing up you have to hunt for the app download. Then once I had it installed it would drop frequently even after changing servers, the app even became unresponsive and needed to be force closed. I have not had similar experiences with other VPNs. When trying to contact support to ask for a refund the main link on their site didn't work, I had to google to find one that did. Then when I did the support gave me a run around, giving me vague answers and telling me email them instead. Their site, their product, and their support, all were terrible.

Awesome VPN and great customer service! Speeds are great and now that they have wireguard speeds are awesome when using it on openwrt and dd-wrt routers 🙂
