i have newer been so happy for a a wiregouad server and the sup .. wow .. when you ask there jump .. and there do a good job to .. i have been whit surfscak and pia .. and you can complain about sup there .. there isend any now i have been in tuch to time whit fastvpn and there fix it so fast .. yes i have a lifetime now and i dont think i newer find a othere one let them take 20 eu en 2 years i dont care there need new server and othere stof .. unbeliver cheap and ok fast i just bin on holland server for now i live about 3500 km from holland and have 90 % of my internet speed .. so sorry i stay here forever

A FastestVPN está reduzindo a largura de banda de clientes com alto consumo de tráfego. Eu abri 1 ticket na tentativa de solucionar o problema, na primeira ocasião foi temporariamente resolvido, mas poucos dias depois tive a velocidade no server Brasil novamente reduzida, na segunda ocasião passei a utilizar mais ativamente o servidor Los Angeles Pro e após 1 dia ter consumido 250GB também tive a velocidade "estrangulada" nesse servidor. Eu estou dando 1 estrela pela falta de transparência e honestidade da empresa, eu procurei o suporte várias vezes. Na primeira ocasião do atendimento via chat a empresa negou que fizesse controle de tráfego e que tivesse reduzindo minha velocidade, depois voltei a procurar outras vezes através do ticket #16957 e não houve solução definitiva pois o problema voltou a acontecer. Sejam honestos e transparentes, a empresa poderia ter alegado que o produto tem um custo muito baixo e não se destina a um perfil de consumo de 5 ou 7 terabytes por mês, mas isso não foi feito.

I purchase lifetime plan. After 1 year my subscription become worthless when they upgrade sever they ask for more price to upgrade. And this VPN remain on a-few server with bad spam IP. Connection very poor I alway frequently get disconnected. Not safe to use

I believe you all know how this company treats old TLD users, but what I want to share is something different. If you want to upgrade to the PRO plan (if customer service didn't deceive me, this is the highest level plan), you can make your request to customer service, and they will offer various upgrade discounts based on your "situation." If you think the upgrade discount is acceptable, you can upgrade accordingly. It's completely up to you, but at least I think I can accept it. I believe they didn't actually intend to bully old users, but this approach will only make old users unhappy. I hope you can take a look at my review before making a decision.

Just got this yesterday. So far, everything seems fine. There really hasn't been enough time to know if it will work properly. Only time will tell.

So far this VPN has been able to provide decent connectivity and their port forwarding service helps a lot. Thanks to their fast chat support, I was able to resolve issues faster.
