I just updated the app and had an issue adding a login. Their chat was prompt to work with me and we got it resolved.

This VPN is horrible, and each update removes prior capabilities. My "lifetime" membership, purchased back in 2021 cannot connect to any servers now. Each site I click on, even in the US spams me for a "Pro" subscription. I paid for lifetime, life time of what, a common housefly? I literally cannot connect at all. Every time I try, I get redirected to a page to purchase a "Pro" sub. Really? I wonder if they are based in the US as we have laws against scams like this. And to FastestVPN, don't try to respond to my post suggesting I contact customer support, this is an intentionally slimy business practice. I've seen hundreds of posts all over the place of others who have had the same experience as me!!

Te hace creer que es una subscripción lifetime, pero es mentira, en unos meses te quitan servidores a los que podías acceder, les llaman pro, te dicen que no se incluyen en lo que pagaste y te hacen pagar de nuevo. Es un engaño y una estafa. Respuesta: Querido Estafador Valioso - Cuando compre la subscripción, la pro no existía. - La pro tiene el mismo precio que la mía. - Si ahora quieres comprar la lifetime, no hay dos modalidades, básica y pro, solo una. - Los servidores que tenéis en la pro, los tenía yo antes. Básicamente, habéis quitado servidores que antes yo podía usar, los habéis llamado premium y obligáis a pagar otra subscripción. - Eso no es una subscripción lifetime, eso es estafar y es lo que volveréis a hacer en unos 10 meses de nuevo, que es lo que me ha durado la subscripción "lifetime". En 10 meses volveréis a sacar servidores de la pro, los llamaréis con otro nombre y sacaréis otra subscripción. Actualización: Me han actualizado a la Pro pidiéndome que actualice mi revisión. Pues eso, que me han actualizado a la versión Pro de la aplicación.

I am a lifetime member since going on 3 years. FastestVPN is not the best but its not the worst experience. It works I have used the OpenVPN, Router and App for Windows 10-11, I recently did a chat for first time cause vpn service was not working, they fixed me up had me going again in no time.

I wanted to try the service and I only bought it because they offer a refund policy. I didn't use it at the end and requested the refund. They said it was alright but nevertheless got charged a few weeks later. I wrote them again and for now I got no response. Update: They said the refund was already processed and yes, I got a refund for the price of one month but I got charged twice. Once the 5th of november and once the 5th of december 2023.

I purchase lifetime plan. After 1 year my subscription become worthless when they upgrade sever they ask for more price to upgrade. This is not a VPN and exposes your real IP. The servers are not working most of the time. Lifetime VPN for me become worthless plan.
