It works alright when it works. However it sometime takes forever to connect. Worse, recently there was an update to the app and my "lifetime" plan lost some features (namely P2P servers, they used to be available) that now are available only on the "pro" version, which is a paid upgrade.

I bought FastestVPN lifetime plan and it worked well only for 10-12 days. And.. it use to work fine...only when I go for help in their chat session. Again after couple of hours back to same problems of not connecting or slow speed. I have internet speed of 450MBPS but I get 9-10 MBPS when connected through FastestVPN. Fastest VPN does BLOCK WIRE GUARD if you use it on a Router. On Router they let only OpenVPN go through and throttle the speed to 9-10MBPS. Forget about video... even google services (search and maps) do not work properly. By the pattern of controls and throttling I have experienced I am very sure that users are being monitored and it can't be anonymous at all. Hence big doubt about privacy about user logs. They keep users who complain to let high speeds for few hours or a day, yet block Wire-gaurd on routers. If a subscriber reaches about problems they keep you convoluted with advice like change the protocol, clear the cache, change this ...change that and end up spending hours, sometimes it can go like 2-3 hours. Who has time and patience to spend every time hours with this support team? One will get frustrated and gives up. And THIS IS how a user will end up paying $40 for a month in the name of lifetime plan. Eventually, a frustrated user will end up buying a reliable service like Nord, Shark or Proton. IT IS COMPLETELY A FRAUD OFFERING. I would NOT recommend FastestVPN to ANYONE.

Fastest VPN has been the best VPN in my internet experience so far. I have been a been a long time user of the FastestVPN. Like anything technology related there are problems sometimes. But the thing is support is always there when you need it. And they are able to resolve complaints very quickly. That's what you need from a VPN.

I needed customer support today to learn if there was a server in one of 4 different states specifically and my question was answered by Alden. It took Alden a few minutes to answer each of my questions, but I realize that the customer service techs for Fastest Vpn handle more than one chat client at a time, due to previous experiences with them so I just waited patiently for him to come back and answer my questions. I ended up asking Alden a total of 26 questions, and he was able to answer each one, with an affirmative reply or an explanation that I had asked for until the last one, which was to add on an upggrade he sold me and when I wasn't able to connect to the correct upgrade to click on he checked it on their site and it worked so he asked me to check again and when it stil didnt work, he reported it as non working and asked me to check back in 30 min or so as his supervisor was going to have the issue fixed right away. Alden was very polite, and courteous in every reply to me, and then made sure that he offered me an upgrade when he thought I might like to add that option, which by the time he answered all my questions, I realized I actually could use the upgrade, and was happy he reminded me of it. As always, once again my customer service experience with the techs at Fastest VPN was a very pleasant and helpful experience, like always. I truly enjoy having this specific company for my VPN needs, they come through anytime I need anything, with shining colors every time, and if I were scoring any of them on a scale of 1 to 5 with 5 being the best, I would give every one of them a 6!!
