Sent money to my friend, and they never arrived. Customer support only gives a self-made "invoice" that I can't show to the recipient's bank (cause the "invoice" doesn't have ANY useful information like date, transaction number, etc.) and they also refuse to contact the sending bank (which is "Caixa Geral de Depósitos") and refuse to provide me the payment confirmation from the bank. There's no chance to _talk_ with support cause they just closing tickets after the first meaningless reply. In fact, the money are just stolen. Trans. ID SM-230414-9582.

Besides the fact that they accept so much payment systems, they have the worst customer service. I have asked them to make the business model check again, and they closed the conversation after 5 minutes without even saying something.

FULL SCAMMERS! Not only they have locked my money, now they are lying how they've sent it to my bank account.. Of course the bank doesn't know anything about this and I've just checked the account and the money was returned to FasterPay as they rejected the transactions.. Of course FasterPay charged me $10 fee.. Ridiculous!

I was trying to set up internet acquiring for my website. I'm located in Georgia (country), so there is no Stripe here, for example. After several weeks of operation, Fasterpay stopped accepting payments and I was informed that Georgia is no longer supported. However, I have not been able to withdraw the money and moreover I have not been able to return the money to the buyers. Support is responding very slowly. UPD: After 6 months, I managed to withdraw the money.

About case AT-230202-Y4KX, i am waiting for more than six months to resolve the pending balance, i need the money. Nobody resolve the case.

Either a scam or very low value company. Our website didn't have that many sales and we decided to close it. 3/6months have passed and we've decided to close our FasterPay account and widraw money from it and EVERY TIME we get an excuse why they have rejected to release money.. AND NOW WE NEED TO ADD MORE MONEY in order to be able to take our money out. I won't die for 50$, but your company may be closed soon..
