If possible I could rate this app calling there self fasterpay is worth it I mistakenly sent 220.46 eur to my formal account which has been suspended for reasons not disclose to me however, I'll like you to help reverse the transaction as soon as possible, and hopefully it's been updated as fast as I could imagine I chatted them so far for fund reversal but remedy has been made. I advise all the reader to continue using this fasterpay as they seems to be reliable and your money are safe with them. Thank you

I've had a good experience with the app so far but the last amount I deposited has not reflected in my balance please help.

Hi Joshua, Thank you for your good words about our FasterPay app. The deposited funds are normally reflected in the e-Wallet balance immediately. However, in some cases, it might take 3-7 business days for the topped-up funds to become available. The time depends on the deposit currency, bank processing time, and the bank's 3DS Authentication. We can see on our records that you topped up your account on 24-Feb-2022 – and six days later, on 02-Mar-2022, the funds became available and were already used. good experience overall, not bad customer service but they take time to respond

We're using FasterPay as payment provider for about half a year. I don't know of any lost payments that hasn't been resolved. Our customers are satisfied and our delivery is instant as the notifications are send right after the order if there are no suspicious activities which makes the system automatically refund the money to the card. All payouts did work for us as they should. At the start there was a small problem with transfering money from the Processing Section to the Main Account. This was fixed shorty after we mentioned this. Support could be faster. But all requests are being answered!
