I have been using FasterPay for a few months already and I can say that the remittance option is the most convenient option that I have now. With multiple currencies, it can send funds directly to your local bank account.

A few weeks ago I wrote a review about a particular situation we are having. To this day we still have our payment withdrawal system totally blocked. We understand to a certain extent that there is a serious situation but there is an underlying problem when the ticket support system is not attended 24/7 as indicated. It is very difficult to be able to contact you today since the tickets are not being answered as soon as possible, so the only contact method is TruePilot and it is not suitable for a financial service. Our ticket is AT-220831-QPZQ. We ask for a resolution to the situation since at the moment we cannot face the pending payments and it is becoming an unsustainable situation. Edit 27/09/2022: Fasterpay has finished solving the incident and we now have everything available again.

Good day. I have regretted using fasterpay as a reliable app for my withdrawals. I made transactions for the past 14 days and my withdrawals have been pending. I have been seen as a lier and someone that cannot be trusted by those I am owing money. I have recently gotten police treats and fasterpay has been the cause of this disgrace as they have taken so long to allow my withdrawals. I have pleaded for a quick review on Facebook messenger and even sent them mail severally but all I have got is more reasons to regret. This app is underrated. I think, they are in the startup phase and expanding quickly. They obviously respond a bit lately. But, they are polite and try to understand. I think they would be a good alternative to Wise or PayPal. Just give it a try. Furthermore, I would suggest you guys change your branding. Your logo is not good enough and it has become a trust issue. That's my personal opinion.
