I will be fair I haven’t used FasterPay yet so I will not give a full review but it has been very frustrating to open an account. I am currently in a sticky situation where Im launching a new drop and getting a payment provider is very time sensitive for me I made it clear that it was but have yet to hear back on my application. At first I opened an account thinking I could integrate it to my shopify but my application took over a week to be checked and I was told it was a personal account and I needed a business. I have now opened a business account and still have yet to hear back on my approval, it has taken way longer then it should have their response times are very slow (customer service/application review)

Hi, I recently submitted my account for verification. It is still under review. It has been more than a week. I reached out through the support chat but didn't get a response. Could you please give me an update on the status of my business account? AT-231123-UR2J

A question to fasterpay hello good day, i just found this platform, because I am trying to get to a customer care representative from fasterpay but no one is answering, since this writing. I am not here to give a bad review because this platform seems promising. the reason I am writing a review is because it seems fasterpay replies on here. my question is, how long does it take to for my account to be confirmed after sending in the required information. I look forward to doing business with your company

Ok i ignored the reviews and just went with fasterpay,i don't wanna give a one star they really helped me out inputting everything for the kyb but i've sent it in like a week ago and haven't gotten a response since,if ive been approved for the payment gateway or not, am still waiting while my store is just there doing nothing and me having to pay a monthly plan on it,please,if i do get an answer i'll just rank it to 5 stars cause nothing wrong with them it's just really slow, ticket number: AT-230904-1R71

Upd. Money withdrawal was finally enabled, but before that they requested a proof of orders delivery from my side. I have been accepting payments with FasterPay for approximately 4 years, we had different kind of issues during this time but they were resolved by support. Last week I realised that withdraw money option was disabled in my account without any notice, with message to reach customer support in chat when you hover over the send money button. I contacted the support immediately since this is a very urgent issue, but my request is still ignored by customer support. More than 1 week without any explanation from customer support why money withdrawal was turned off for my account. Issue number is AT-221017-CGN6

They works, but so slowly. Support responds but not as often as I would like. Sending money is unstable. You can try them if you aren't in a hurry. PS. This is from my personal experience, maybe I'm unlucky.
