Hi Stephen, thank you for sharing! We’re glad our team could help confirm compatibility before you ordered, and it’s awesome to hear the 57" mower is handling both tall weeds and brush so well. Three hours of nonstop work and still looking brand new is a great start. Enjoy it!

Hi David, We’re very sorry for the trouble you experienced trying to reach us — this is not the level of service we aim to provide. We’ve upgraded our phone support system to improve response times, and a member of our team will be reaching out to you directly to assist further. Thank you for your patience, and we appreciate the opportunity to make this right.

Hi Joseph, thank you for the honest feedback. We’re glad you’re happy with the mower’s heavy-duty build and that the manual side shift is working well for you. We’re sorry the hydraulic side-shift information wasn’t clear before your purchase. That’s something we need to do better on, and we appreciate you bringing it to our attention.

Hi HW, this means a lot to our team—thank you! We’ll definitely pass your kind words along to Iris and Scott. We’re especially glad they were able to help before and after your purchase. And it’s great to hear Peter and the Estes team handled that heavy shipment so well. We truly appreciate your recommendation and look forward to working with you again!
