It does not cut tall thick grass like advertised. Just bogged and plugged up . I was using a JD 790 30hp tractor . I'm really disappointed.

Ordering was a breeze, mower arrived in a timely fashion and with no damage. Set up was easy, and works very good.

When I purchased and paid on 9 July, Hunter told me they would ship within 6 to 8 days. I received the mower on August 4. I had told Amber that I would not be home after August 2nd and she was trying to get the mower to me by that date. I had to hire someone to come and unload it. The second item was when I purchased the product I knew I was going to be working in Rock and was told that I would wear the teeth out. For this reason I negotiated with Hunter for an additional set of teeth. He said OK and would include an additional set of teeth then he said I will include eight additional teeth, which I understood to mean an additional set of teeth to replace the existing set. If you listen to the recording, you will see that I was expecting to get an additional set of teeth and thought the additional set of teeth was eight teeth. I’ve never seen a more like this so I didn’t know that eight was not a complete set. When I got the machine, I now see that a set is 28 not eight.

Mower came on time and was packaged great. Had a little trouble finding the owners manual but it’s all good 😀

There customers service addressed the problem I had emitality. Used mower once so far. It seames well built and very sturdy. One thing they should say in there ads how very quite it runs! Would purchase from them again.

Wasn’t notified the shipping date. Other than that it is awesome.

Prompt Response to initial inquiries .. Shipped in a timely manner using a quality shipping outfit .. High quality construction Very satisfied .. Now I just have to get it on the tractor and start mowing .. LOL!!
