FarmryReviews of farmry.com

Order came in a very well made shipping container. It was easy to assemble and the quality of the product is very impressive. This is my first flail mower and it has met every expectation that I had. I have used it now for a couple of months cleaning up fields with brush and it does a great job! The hammers look in great shape after 50 acres of use.

The purchase and phone conversations were easy and accurate. The equipment I ordered is working flawlessly 😊! The only part that didn’t go well was the original delivery date. Driver did not feel comfortable dropping off at my home (reason was the truck was too long). If the driver could have called and talked to me about options, he would have easily been able to deliver my unit. However another date was set and the driver and delivery was successful. All happy on my side!

There was a problem with my parts delivery, But the excellent staff handled the situation with a professional attitude and resolved the issue

Delivered on time, vie Estes trucking , picked it up just a little ways from my home , assembly required , got that done and installed on the tractor ready to work, works well takes longer than I expected but having an extra there to pull shredded material away for work zone improves time per stump , overall very happy with my purchase

Enjoyed buying from your company the people are very friendly and professional

Delivery went well, 3 point tractor flail mower was packaged nicely in a crate. Quality seems okay. Only complaint was with Farmry employee who answered the phone when I made initial inquiry into the whether or not the roller on the flail mower was adjustable. He told me it had several different holes underneath to move the roller up or down to change the height of the cut. It doesn’t. I had to drill a hole in each side to lower the roller because as it is designed, it severely scalps whatever it is you’re mowing. That’s poor business on Farmrys part. The guy certainly knew it was not adjustable but felt it better to lie so as to make a sale. What he did was lost a customer who won’t ever buy from Farmry again. Mechmaxx, Titan, and others offer a similar mower. Check them out before buying from Farmry. I’m pretty sure they have the adjustable roller.

Ordered 3 weeks ago. Warehouse Sent wrong mower, but caught error and stopped shipment. Correct mower still hasn’t shipped.

Ordering went well, shipping arrived promptly and the machine is awesome!
