Hi Bobby, I’m very sorry. You should not have been left without the cylinder seals or a clear explanation of what happened. I’ve located order #5932 and asked our logistics team to verify the shipment record today. I’ll contact you directly with a clear answer, and if delivery cannot be verified, we’ll arrange a replacement shipment. I’ll personally follow this through until it is resolved. — Suzanne Farmry

I could not get a consistent answer on where the flail mower was in the shipping process from 7/31 thru 8/12 yet my credit card was charged on 7/28. I had multiple phone calls and emails trying to get an answer. I did not get a firm answer until I started dealing with Corry Bailey. She was very helpful in tracking it down and ultimately getting it delivered.

Hi Todd, This is Suzanne. I remember your order and our emails from early August. I’m sorry that even after you reached out, you still had to make multiple calls and send additional emails before receiving a clear update. You should have been given accurate and consistent shipment information from the beginning. I’m glad Corry was able to step in, track down the mower, and help get it delivered. I’ll make sure she sees your kind words. I’ve also raised this with our logistics team because customers should not have to keep chasing us for an answer. Thank you for your patience and for bringing this to our attention. — Suzanne Farmry

Exceptional mower. As advertised.

Hi Wayne, Thanks so much for the great feedback! We’re glad to hear the mower lived up to your expectations. We really appreciate your business and hope you get plenty of use out of it! Best,
RICHARD C.
Didn't get the military discount...I am not sending that type of docs over the internet. It is a shame you can't take a vet for his word...I am the one that asked for it not yo u asking me....a 100% disabled vet. Mower arrived on time & was compatible with my Kubota quick hitch with no mods needed. It would be nice to have advance notice for the need of a 33mm or 1-7/16" wrench.
Response from FarmrySep 3, 2026
Hi Richard, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback, and we’re glad to hear the mower arrived on time and worked with your Kubota quick hitch without any modifications. We completely understand your concern about sending personal documents online. We’ll take your feedback about the military discount process into consideration. And thank you for the heads-up about the 33mm / 1-7/16" wrench — we agree that this would be helpful information to include ahead of time. We really appreciate your service and your honest feedback, Richard.

Delivery was later than was stated. Mower is not working properly and so far you are not willing to make it right. Update: (9-15-2026) Mower is still not fixed. Farmry has sent the parts to fix the mower, but as of yet have not approved anyone to do the needed repairs. We have been trying to get the mower fixed for going on nearly 2 months now and we still do not have a working mower. This is bad customer service. The problem with the mower was reported the first day it was used, so this problem should have already been fixed a long time ago.

Hi there, I’m very sorry about the delayed delivery and the problems you’ve experienced with the mower. After reviewing the photos and videos, our team shipped a replacement gearbox on September 2, and it is currently expected to arrive on September 4. We also understand your concern that replacing the gearbox may require professional assistance. Our team is discussing that with you directly so that we can provide a practical path forward rather than simply sending a part and leaving the rest to you. We do want to make this right, and we’ll continue working with you until the issue is properly resolved. — Suzanne Farmry

Equipment came in timely fashion. Flail mower works fine. Did send email asking for assistance/information on cutting height adjustment not included in manual and never got a response. Users manual left a lot to be desired. Because I never got a response to my request for assistance, I ordered a PTO wood chipper from Woodland Mills because of their reputation for quality and their excellent customer support.
Response from FarmrySep 3, 2026
Hi Gary, Thank you for the honest feedback. We’re glad to hear the flail mower itself arrived on time and has been working well, but we’re truly sorry that we missed your email and didn’t get you the help you needed with the cutting height adjustment. That’s on us, and we understand how frustrating it is to reach out for support and not hear back. We also appreciate your feedback on the owner’s manual — there’s definitely room for us to improve there. We’re sorry your previous support experience left you disappointed, and we’ll take your feedback seriously as we work to do better. Best,
Bc
