Advertising 7.99 shipping, charged $30.99 on my $60 order. I canceled.

Ordered 25 Red Ranger Hens at Farm and Fleet which Cackle supplies. My order was canceled by F&F because Cackle never sent them. I received the 5 Roosters! with no Hens!! I want my 25 Hens ASAP.

They're descriptions are ambiguous. Bought tow three ball assortments of dog toys only to find I received only two, not three balls for $20 including the shipping.

I bought a $156 dollar Dewalt item for my husband for Christmas and it was not the item that he specifically wanted. I called customer service and they said to ship it back and they would refund the money. Yeah.....they DO NOT pay for shipping back and of course I'm no where near the store to return it. It would have cost me $113 dollars to ship it back. Unreal! Next time, I will shop local.

Ray the Manager is what's wrong, says they price match and them says oh that's a liquidation sale I'm not doing that.he supposedly called Rural king and tells me there sold out liar went there and bought Ray the manager spineless hater

I ordered an 2 item they advertised got a similar Items for which I have no use , paid $11.55 postage to return the item and they just cancelled the order . Never offered to refund the return postage I requested or supply the the correct items ....BTW they have the worst phone service I have ever experienced - very low volume and so much static noise I could not even carry on a conversation .... I tried repeatedly with same result.

I had a very good experience with Blain’s Farm and Fleet. I wrote them a message on their website asking about a possible refund on an item I just purchased at full price days before it went on sale. A very nice lady by the name of Julie called the next day and left a message that they had sent me a partial refund that day. I am a very happy customer! Thank you Julie!

I should have recognized the fact that whenever a business receives reviews where over one third of the purchasers rate it ONE STAR, it's time to look at other merchants. I ordered 9 toy pet balls for our doge and when the two boxes arrived there were only 5 balls in the shipment. I waited a couple of days to see if the remainder of the order would arrive. When it didn't I called the customer service number and was told that they would check on this and make it right. Two days later I received an email from the company asking for more information, which I then emailed to them. I few days later I received another email telling me that I had received all the ordered product. Unfortunately, this was simply not true. I responded with another email showing them the products I ordered and the products I received. I received no response to that email. I strongly suggest your find other merchants for your business.
