I purchased three large bulk container from this company. Upon their arrival I found that FedEx had severely damaged one in shipping. Upon contacting Blain about the problem and sending them pictures as requested I received a refund. I am very pleased with my interactions with this company. Everyone that I talked to was polite and courteous. The only reason I didn't give them 5 stars is because I feel that the containers could have been packaged better. Order # 15918028 Robert
