sent in a claim. i called 5 times to track it, not once did any one ever get back to me with ,, calls or emails regarding the status,, after a couple weeks i got one check i sent 3 estimates that needed to be done. they sent 1/2 the amount the contractor wants, not sure if he will even start the job. wants to paid the day he is finished ,,,,,,,i called 5 contractors that do stone, they all said call this guy, he is the only one we use,,,,,it is natural field stone,,,,,,,still waiting on the other checks .. ,,,,

Your approval and underwriting process was great. For the first 2 to 3 months after my loan was booked your computer system and your service department was absolutely horrible. But you now fixed all the problems and everything is really great. As of now I have no more complaints and I give you an excellent rating

Ryan Wall provided excellent, honest advice and was extremely prompt in answering any of our questions. We chose another reverse mortgage company who also provided excellent service. Unfortunately, the appraisal value of our home came in at a disappointing low value. Commercially available market value estimates of our home were inflated and inaccurate. That is beyond anyone's control as the selection of an appraiser is an arm's length process and the appraiser can not have any association/affiliation with the mortgage company. We did not proceed with a new reverse mortgage and will wait a year or two until we notice increasing real estate values in our neighborhood. At that point we will try again.

They do not work for us and due to compliance regulations we do not communicate with them or contract them ourselves. We are not allowed to communicate with them directly, only through another third party so we have no influence on their results.
