I worked with two people to get a Reverse Mortgage. Both were wonderful. Joe Conrad and Sean Diaz. I'll recommend them to my friends in the future. They were very caring and knowledgeable. Wonderful. Thank you, B. Bjorklund

AS FAR AS I AM CONCERNED ADAM NIELSEN IS THE FACE OF FAR AND HE IS TOTALLY RESPONSIBLE FOR MY STICKING WITH FAR THROUGH THE MULTI YEAR PROCESS OF QUALIFYING FOR A RM THROUGH FAR. HE HAS THE PATIENCE OF JOB AND THE GOOD NATURE OF BILLY GRAHM. IN OTHER WORDS ADAM NIELSEN IS THE BEST AMBASSADOR FAR COULD POSSIBLY FIND. I AM NOT SAYING THIS TO SCORE BROWNIE POINTS WITH ANYBODY, I AM SAY THIS BECAUSE IT IS THE TRUTH. ADAM NIELSEN IS AN ASSET TO FAR THAT YOU CAN BE PROUD TO HAVE AS YOUR REPRESENTATIVE-IE HE AIN'T BROKE-DON'T TRY TO FIX HIM. YOURS SINCERELY, GEORGE A. KELLY AND WANDA C. KELLY.

couldn't wouldn't help me ! (maybe due to dumb HUD rule)s reverse mortgages are a farce and the people who really need them CANNOT get them ! it is all a big lie and a waste of time ! Tom Selnick should be ashamed ! HE MISSREPESENTS THE TRUTH ! I owe zero on my house ! stupid HUD rules require you to have X amount of income ! ( so much $ per month you would never NEED a reverse mortgage! ) they assume stupid levels of expenses ! IN my case, we have solar panels so electricity is only $30 per mo. ! i get discounts for taxes and utilities! i am paying my insurance and taxes fine I wanted to pay off the credit cards ! etc get a walk in bath do some repairs, maybe a new kitchen !

Loan agent not transparent . Made many mistakes. Did not return phone calls in a timely manner. Sent confusing emails. Worst refinance ever.
