It's been quite a while since I refinanced this loan so I don't remember the agent's name. She did a good job. It just seemed to take longer then I was originally told. I also didn't realize that I would have to start over with a whole new loan, and to pay all the fees again. I don't remember the date the loan was funded so this date is just a guess

The representative was excellent, so helpful and attentive, kept us appraised in a timely manner. Unfortunately the loan we received was not the loan we applied for, due to the Fed raising the interest rates right in the middle of our application process. But the company did salvage something for us - others were not so lucky - and we are, if not happy, at least content.

I realize that they market was quite busy, but every step took a week or more, it was frustrating. Better communication would have relieved some of the frustration. Over all, though, everything ended up well, we're happy we did it. The person we dealt with directly wa able to answer all of our questions, and guide us through.

All aspects of process were carefully guided by my primary contact. However the process was very slow from fast start to snail finish. Paperwork and consultations were rgular and timely but aprasials were expensive and slow to get. Reverse financing was frustratingly slow taking six months to finish.
