I am in the process of an application. It has been months and still nothing..My condo may be the reason,but you have my information from my last application..So I am in limbo..Seems that you could communicate with them to get this done.I guess I still have to go thru appraisal etc..I am losing my patience.

Overall the professionalism and guidance I received was top notch from two of the three Mortgage Professionals of which I engaged. Having been recently widowed, I needed someone to the take extra time in assisting me to understand the process prior to finalizing any agreements. Thank you FAR for all of your help. The appraiser you sent wasn't familial with my neighborhood. I feel I had a very low appraisal.i.e. a two bedroom, one bath, no garage (like mine) sold for over 600,000. Hence my displeasure.

Hi Tony, The appraiser is an independent nonaffiliated third party. They do not work for us and due to compliance regulations we do not communicate with them or contract them ourselves. We are not allowed to communicate with them directly, only through another third party so we have no influence on their results. They are certified to inspect and evaluate your property in adherence with FHA guides. Please reach out if there is anything we can do for you in the future.
