They are not interested in…
They are not interested in understanding my situation. They are only interested in owning my home no matter what agreement we make in regards to a payment plan. They sound sincere and make me feel as if all is okay, but then I receive notices almost weekly regarding my account. I can only pay what I agree to but always want more.

High Interest Rates
I appreciate that Finance America reduced the loan interest rate, but very disappointed they did not reduce the mortgage insurance rate from 1.5% to .05%, which could have been done.

Finance of America - Reverse and my account
I appreciate the rollout and expanded use of the Borrower Care web portal. I do use this. Would like to suggest increasing the online access to include the various written communications originating from Borrower Care, as well as the clients ( EG . me ). The annual adjustment to my HECM is one example, with the volatility in markets, politics, etc., this info has become ever so much more important to one's planning. That is my opinion. ON A LAST NOTE, I want to acknowledge the individuals who are responsible for "winning" my confidence in signing on to a Reverse Mortgage ( in view of the 3 other providers I sought comparative offerings from - the big one of course is Tom Selleck's endorsement - they were surprised I chose differently ). Ernie Sambrano and Tobiah Finegan were instrumental in securing my trust, and thereby my business, after many phone conversations back in 2018/2019. Please note. Sincerely. Milton Anthony Fryer
