I have been with Finance of America for…
I have been with Finance of America for 5 years, at that time my house was valued at $375,000.00 today the state of Minnesota values it at $595,000.00 yet FOA can't see their way to give me an increase in cash value or a second mortgage or what ever it's called. I intend to sell in less than 2 years, my neighbor an estimator figures I shouldn't ask less than $700,000.00 and first should ask for $800,000.00 because I might get it. Yet again FOA can't see a way to assist me these last 2 years here, your not thinking correct.

You don't honor my request to go green…
You don't honor my request to go green for planetary health by going all paperless. I was shocked & saddened by the amount of postal mail you've sent me since I asked you to stop polluting.

I just love my contact at Finance of America
I just love my contact at Finance of America Joe DeAngelis has been wonderful guiding me through many of the aspects of the reverse mortgage… thank God for him …he’s a definite keeper. He is very professional and personable he’s made it easier for me dealing with and understanding the complicated subject of reverse mortgage.

Not enough communication regarding…
Not enough communication regarding status of our potential reverse mortgage. We understand that it takes time but this is ridiculous! We are still hopeful.

Thank you Finiance of Americia reverse! I have had a good experience with your company! It all stems from your agent Adam Nielsen! He worked with me step by step in this process. I had many questions & he answer them all! For me this was a big step, and the thing I don’t like, is you never meet face to face with the agent you are working with. For me that is a draw back in this whole process. When I did my first reverse I was able to see the agent I was working with. It’s a real shame about Covid. But with Adam Nielsen I felt at ease working with this man! I good tell from talking to him , he was a stand up guy. And I think even at 75 I can judge a persons character. So thank you Finiance of Americia Reverse & thank you Adam Nielsen ! I will never pay this loan off , I don’t care! What I cared about is the way I was treated ! Again thanks Adam Nielsen , because to me Adam Nielsen is Finiance of Americia Reverse !
