Withholding funds set aside for repairs…
Withholding funds set aside for repairs and not releasing the funds when the repairs are completed was not how it was represented..

My review is very simple
My review is very simple. People are wonderful to deal with. Very nice, understanding and helpful. Never made me feel like I had a "stupid" question and when any problems came up on my end they were very understanding. A pleasure to deal with.

We had a very good experience going…
We had a very good experience going through the reverse mortgage process. We lost our original agent but another picks up. So there was a bit of a hiccup with that. But the process was easy and explained well.it gives us some better financial options while being able to stay in our home.

Your company would not let me reverse…
Your company would not let me reverse finance. So I had to sell it to a cash buyer and we used our money to buy an RV to live in. Commercials are deceptive.

am not very happy with this last…
am not very happy with this last experience i had with finance of america reverse, i had so many problem get a loan with them the last two years.

A great experience. A great company.
They are an excellent, professional service in a fairly complicated loan process that they made relatively fast and simple. Communication and response to inquiries was great. One of the best home loan experiences I’ve had. Worth mentioning that their ongoing outreach and communication and customer service is among the best of the companies I do business with.
