Customer service is awful I purchased tickets the wrong theatre fandango refuse to give a refund or a credit for the movie tickets I will never go through them again. It's not worth the 3.99 fee that they charge

If I could have given 0 🌟's I would have!! Fandango is a total JOKE!!! It will be hard to keep this with all clean language for sure! I started out putting into the app 2 adults & 2 children and saw there was literally only 1 seat! I am a nanny and had happened to have taken my son with us because he was nearby but we had to go to another theater so he couldn't go. No biggie for him! I pressed the back button and changed to 1 adult. I had NEVER EVER PRESSED ANY ORDER BUTTON YET! (I had to wait for the permission of the nanny kids parents to proceed) Only after getting that did I hit order. I get to the theater and I find out Fandango charged me for BOTH!! I didn't even press order mind you on the first one, I just put in quantity of people!! WTH??? Fandango refused to refund me my money and the corporate office won't speak to customers!! Umm, excuse me, your customers are the reason you have a business you a**holes!!!

This is the worst site I have ever used. DO NOT BUY TICKETS ON THIS SITE. There is a $5.00 convenience fee that you don't know about until you give them your cardit card info. Then in the midst of making the reservation, the site times out!! I had to wait 2 HOURS to talk to someone and Jackeline, the CUSTOMER (NO) SERVICE rep, said she could not do anything to help. Save yourself some frustration and a lot of your time aind another site for your tickets.

Placed on hold for 12 +Hours with no resolution. Tried to load a screen shot for verification but no links or images for review. #fandango

Fandango you are a total rip-off!!!!!!! I went online to buy a movie ticket and was charged $1.70 convenience fee on top of the movie ticket price. YOUR CARD WHICH I ALREADY PURCHASED is supposed to be the convenience!!!!!!! Why should I have to pay a fee on top of the movie ticket fee when I can just take cash and go to the window at the theatre and SAVE $1.70!!!!!!!!!! You people who are buying cards for CONVENIENCE are getting ripped off by this outfit!!!!! Wise up and just pay at the theatre!!!!!!!!

Their "return" policy is a sham and rip off. I hope I am wrong. After buying 4 tix as a Xmas present for my wife, her daughter and 2 grand children, we had to miss the showing of Mary Poppins because one of the kids was throwing up (stomach virus) and too late to cancel "before showtime." When my wife called to cancel an hour before show time she was put on hold right up to show time. TOO LATE!! We are retired and on fixed income and could not enjoy the recent Trump tax bill for the rich. The $38 we lost really hurt us financially and of course there is no credit policy and if you try to plead your case "NO EXCEPTIONS" tough luck. An act of God will not get you a refund or credit. The complaints are sad if not tragically comical. Hope they go out of business. Buy tickets in advance thru your theater. Happy Holidays. Jeff

I had a complaint I contacted fandango about and they did absolutely nothing about it. I paid for something I never received. I would never recommend this company to anyone

I wish I could give no stars. Every UHD movie I've bought through FandangoNOW has messed up with sound and customer service has never been helpful. Luckily the movies transfer to my Vudu account, so I can watch them there. Fandango is worst; their customer service took 10 days to respond to me recently on a separate issue (listed below), and when I wasn't happy with their response and asked again that they fix their mistake, I have yet to be answered at all. That was 13 days ago. They aren't giving me the VIP points for two movies I purchased in November because they said they weren't active. That's not true because I distinctly remember seeing "You will earn VIP points with this purchase." Otherwise I wouldn't have done it because both times I was seeing movies that had been out for awhile and therefore did not need to be purchased in advance. I was ONLY doing it to earn my points, so I would have noticed if I wasn't. They just lie and do whatever they want.
