Accidentally purchased 3 adult and 1 children tickets for Kung Fu Panda 4.
Customer service wouldn’t do anything for me to rectify the obvious mistake. So bizzare a company like that owned by Universal and Comcast wouldn’t help me. Now I simply won’t use them. Rather than refund me the difference and give me $10 or so, now they’ll easily lose 100x that over my life.

I did not get sent an email connecting me to the movie tickets and the tickets did not get sent to my phone. But the company did take my money--a lot of money for the movie tickets which I am out. Lesson learned. Do not go through this company. Useless.

I could not attend the movie for which I had bought a ticket. They did not refund me at all, so I lost the ticket and the service fee.

What’s love got to do with it…
What’s love got to do with it competition -
In August last year I received an email stating that I had won the above competition, and the prize was a romantic nights stay at the mecure hotel for 2, a dower & hall jewellery set, a pamper session at duck and dry & a bouquet of flowers from blossoming gift, I was thrilled, I was contacted by a lady who confirmed I had won. I later received my jewellery set from dower & hall then heard nothing else. I contacted duck and dry and the hotel for available dates etc, I was told to make my own arrangements within 6 months. I didn’t receive the flowers and had to chase that up and eventually they were delivered in January. The ‘pamper session’ was a hair appointment for a wash & blow dry, not a pamper session. Had my travelling companion been a bald headed man I’m not sure what he would have done. Even getting that appointment caused unnecessary stress, as I had to telephone and email duck and dry numerous times in order to get an appointment at one of their 3 salons. This incurred additional travel expenses.
As for the hotel accommodation, this was extremely poor, the restaurant and bar were both closed on the two nights we stayed and our room was very small, claustrophobic and cold. All in all this prize could not by any stretch of the imagination be described as romantic, In fact the cost of my extra nights accommodation plus my travel expenses cost me more than the value of your prize. I am extremely disappointed about the difficulty in actually obtaining my prize and it certainly wasn’t the prize advertised that I expected to receive.
As this competition was promoted by you on your website and social media, you should be aware when things go wrong. What should have been a happy and exciting experience was a huge let down and spoilt the whole prize for me. I have been ignored by this sham of a company & will report them to whoever I’m advised to report them to, they deserve it for their failures.

Fandango? Don’t bother.
We get a Fandango gift card every Christmas and the crap we go through to use it is unbelievably cumbersome. Like 16 or 18 numbers followed by an additional code. Then there’s the exorbitant “convenience fee”. Convenience? It’s anything but that. Their website “improvements” keep getting more and more convoluted, it’s a torture to use. Then there’s the $5.00 we earned for “the next movie”. Another maze, another pile of numbers only to have it not work. We need to arrive a half hour early just to use the $/*%/?! card, to allow for all of the “convenient” input. We absolutely hate Fandango. Just buy your tickets or use a gift card for the actual theater chains.

DON’T TRUST FANDANGO!
DON’T TRUST FANDANGO!! Fandango sold me a ticket for a movie showing that did not exist. They claim theatre changed schedule in two hour period between ticket purchase and showing I paid for. Wasted time and gas traveling to see show that did not exist. They refused to refund “convenience” fee or compensate me for the inconvenience.

Bad business all the way around!
Wow..I thought I might've been the only one that got "taken" for 2 movie tickets that I tried to get a refund on way before the movie started,.but reading these reviews it seems commonplace and they treat everyone like they did me. I will NEVER use Fandango again and I'm asking all of my friends and family to discontinue using them as well. They are a poor excuse for a ticket business. They basically stole my money and had no regrets about it. Everyone who works there just remember what comes around goes around and you will get yours. Bad business all the way around! DO NOT use Fandango, they are thieves!

Deeply disappointed with…
Deeply disappointed with Fandango—bought tickets, but the movie shown was entirely different from what was advertised. The manager recommended contacting Fandango, emphasizing it was their issue. However, my refund request was denied due to timing. After years of loyalty, this experience has left me disheartened. I'll be exploring alternative methods for future movie tickets. Not recommended!
