Can’t believe they are using Fedex ground and charging shipping. You guys need to do better. I was getting my stuff through USPS but now Fedex ground. Do better or lose business.

I don’t fully understand all the hate they get in the reviews. They have tens of thousands of submissions to deal with, and every major collector company is backed up right now, so of course things are going to be slow. I submitted a card about a month ago to have CGC grade it because, in my opinion, they’re the only truly independent card grading company left that handles the process in-house. Unfortunately, my card still hasn’t made it into my vault yet, but I understand they’re backlogged. Nothing is going to happen overnight, but I’d rather it take a little longer and be done right. The site is super easy to use, and I absolutely love that I can automatically send my Topps redemption cards directly to my vault. Overall, I’ve had a great experience with Fanatics and have no complaints.

customer service never follows through. money was taken to pay their invoice FROM MY BANK ACCOUNT with no authority and minutes after emailing the invoice. its been 8 days waiting for some help me gain access to my vault that has a large collection no help just attitude. but they continue to send multi emails scolding me for not paying grading invoice while they leave locked out...grrrrr so frustrating

Regarding invoicing - We do not automatically charge cards, once an invoice is sent, collectors will have a set period of time to initiate payment via the method of their choice. I bought a lot of cards on fanatics collect and my experience was very good even when I had a payment problem they contacted me immediately to solve the problem and it was always a real person who communicated with me not a chat bot
