**NIGHTMARE — I SENT THESE CARDS WHEN CGC AUTH WAS $3 PER CARD, AND I CLEARLY REMEMBER SELECTING IT** My experience with Fanatics Collect has turned into an absolute nightmare. I sent a large box of mostly low-value raw sports cards at a time when **CGC Authentication for Weekly Auction was offered at $3 per card**. That low-cost authentication option was the entire reason I sent these cards in. Many of the cards are worth very little, in some cases not even $5 each. My decision was simple: either get rid of them, or authenticate them cheaply and let Fanatics sell them through Weekly Auction. I would never knowingly spend $18 or $60 per card to numerically grade hundreds of low-value cards. I clearly remember sitting with my son and selecting **Weekly Auction + CGC Authentication**. He was present and is a witness to what I selected. I also declared the entire shipment at only **$5,000 total value**. Despite that, Fanatics Collect now says numerical grading was selected through my account and has issued four invoices totaling **$30,774**: - 228 cards — $13,680 - 158 cards — $9,480 - 422 cards — $7,596 - 1 card — $18 Some cards were charged at **$60 each** and others at **$18 each**. That makes absolutely no sense based on the value of the cards or the reason I sent them in. I dispute authorizing numerical grading. What makes this even more concerning is that Fanatics has acknowledged that large submissions may be **split, reassigned, recreated, or divided into multiple operational records**. One of my original submissions was later processed under a different submission number. I do not know exactly where the problem occurred, but the service now shown in Fanatics’ system does not match what I remember selecting with my son. I have repeatedly asked Fanatics to provide: - The original submission authorization - The original service selection - The price shown at the time - The complete audit/change history - Records showing when submissions were split, reassigned, or recreated - A card-by-card reconciliation - An explanation of why some cards were billed at $18 and others at $60 Fanatics keeps saying its internal review found no error and that its records show grading was selected. But that does not resolve the contradiction between what I remember selecting, the economics of the submission, the witness who was present, and the final charges. There have also been mixed messages about the return of my cards. At one point I was told the cards could be returned or that a return would be handled. In other communications, the position became that the cards could not simply be returned or that different conditions applied. In the latest BBB response, Fanatics said cards not already sold or “otherwise committed” would be reviewed separately. I still do not have one clear answer telling me: **Which cards will be returned, which will not, why, and when.** Fanatics has offered a 10% reduction, which would still leave me owing **$27,696.60**. I rejected it because this is not about wanting a discount. It is about authorization. I sent these cards when the authentication option was $3 per card. I clearly remember selecting it. My son was there. The cards themselves were mostly low-value. The entire shipment was declared at only $5,000. Yet I am now being asked to pay more than **six times the declared value of the entire shipment** in grading charges. I am not calling this theft, fraud, or extortion as a legal conclusion. I am stating exactly what happened from my perspective: **I selected low-cost CGC Authentication at $3 per card, I have a witness who was present, and Fanatics is now billing me $30,774 for numerical grading that I dispute authorizing.** Anyone considering sending a large submission to Fanatics Collect should protect themselves. Screenshot every service selection. Screenshot every quoted price. Save every confirmation. Photograph every card. Keep every packing slip. Keep every email and support conversation. I wish I had documented every screen because I never imagined I would later be fighting over more than $30,000 in grading charges. This has been an absolute **NIGHTMARE**.

I knew it would probably be true but the rip hits have been subpar at best. Hoping to have better hits and they run out of cheaper rips fast. Most rips will cost you around $50 if you want to do a single sport. I do like the free $10 they normally give about once a week.
