My account suddenly stopped which i cannot buy or bid on anything and still they didnt fix my issue

This is not the first time and apparently not the last I purchased items through any of your platforms and wasn’t awarded the points. I reported it several times but no satisfactory results were given. I guess I need to stop purchasing through your platform.

Shipping was a huge hindrance, I shipped internationally and there were a lot of fees that slapped me in the face once the slabs arrived. Some more bold explanations of how it all works would’ve been appreciated. Not just an invoice that says “no further action required” after shipping. Also putting restrictions limiting a pick up on my items was a nightmare, having to take time off of work to receive a parcel was a painful experience. Multiple slabs also turned up scuffed after being shipped stacked together, and some sleeved cards were bent. However, customers service regarding the delivery was really helpful with changing the delivery date once I finally got through to them. The service team regarding the fees were super rude and just palmed me off to the shipping company without any explanation of what the extra fees were for. Will not get bulk items shipped ever again.

Enjoying using the platform to brose cards and get back into the hobby. The interface is easy to use and I haven't ran into any snag with buying/selling/live breaking.

Customer support is insanely hard to come by. Their packaging/shipping department is terrible. Can’t even individually pack slabs and then ship them. Stacking them on top of one another created scuffs and scratches all over my slabs and they told me it wasn’t covered under their policy. Kinda pathetic. It doesn’t take a few extra seconds to put them in plastic sleeves. Don’t bother with this app/website/company. It’s actually going to cause more headaches for you than you think

Fanatics collect is without a doubt the best experience bar none. Outstanding service, quality, and extremely helpful if you have any issues. Second to none and can't speak highly enough here. Well done and hugely impressed and grateful to the fanatics team for everything.

Fanatcis acts impudently as if they are immune from dealing with the customer. They refuse to contact you if you have a question. The reason Fanatics exists is because of customers but hey listen Fanatics does not care about you they will not answer your questions.

The best customer service and easiest buying experience. Highly recommend!
