The whole process of buying or selling is awful in my opinion. I sold a card and it takes FOREVER to receive the funds. Buying is no better - no combined shipping when you send multiple offers to same seller and retrieving from the vault takes forever. I’ll stick with eBay

Fanatics has made collecting easy. I’ve been a collectables seller online for many years and with the issues and costs of shipping the Vault has been an amazing way to transfer ownership and buy. This is the future…. No more $7 shipping for a $20 card, or lost and damaged claims. The CGC grading has been on point so far and I love the cases.

I really enjoy Fanatics collect. I have never had a issue and has got me back in collecting.

They are complete trash. They wanted to verify my purchase, which was fine. I submitted my S S., DL# and took a selfie as requested. They also required a screenshot of the account used to purchase the card or threwtened to cancel the purchase. Banks dont allow screenshots of activity for security reasons. When I sent it from my LINK account, my initial was on it but not on Fanatics Collect and they rejected it. Meanwhile, they have only email represemtatives, no chat, and no phone number. This was a six day process...all with the card in limbo. Just absolutely horrible and buh league. I'll never use again and atick to PSA and eBay as Ive never had this issue.

I have bought and sold on Fanatics Collect and have had good experiences so far. Also use them to vault some cards. Will continue to purchase and sell on this platform going forward!

This Company Is Horrible Hate That They Don’t Respond Fast Enough you Have To Wait 24-48 Hours For A Response They Need To Fix Their System Immediately And Update It
