Fanatics CollectReviews of fanaticscollect.com

Everything about the fanatics collect experience was amazing. I picked a bunch of cards I liked.. got them for a decent price.. shipping was a little expensive yet cards were very carefully packed and delivered promptly. Will definitely buy again in the best future . Recommended to anyone trying to build their collection

In the online auctions, they drive up the price themselves; to make matters worse, I won an auction for $9, only to be told they couldn't ship the order and that it was non-refundable. A week later, the item I had paid for was put up for auction again, and after three rounds of using the same tactic, they finally sold it for $43.

Being able to use the fancash you accumulate on other fanatics apps is what I’ve done. Not having to use real money to buy real collectibles is the only reason I’ve stayed using the app. It’s what I enjoy , not necessarily the betting but using the fancash for other things like collectibles

I love fanatics, it's ease of use is game changing. They make doing the hobby at home or remotely a breeze. FANATICS IS A HOMERUN!!

Like many others that have reported issues with their vault and login, I too am having the same issue. I cannot logon to their platform and cannot access cards that I have purchased and are in my vault. I emailed support who sent back a reply stating that they are escalating it and would get back to me within 24-48 hours, that was 8 days ago, I emailed again several days ago and still no response. I would be very cautious leaving cards in their vault, I have not heard from them since and it feels like they don’t care. Very disappointed.

The app is simple to use and to understand. I have certain learning disabilities and the set up for the app is very good. Customer service, in particular Ysuah, has always ,every time been very kind and empathetic with me. The Breakers, some. Some breakers are just very dishonest and at tumes just felt taken advantage of. Ysuah, has helped alot. He is a seemingly genuinely good human being, that is appreciated so very much.

Customer response is awful. Also now they just had a huge increase on the authorization of a raw card submission. You better off selling elsewhere

Way to long for intake, with market being so volatile. Shouldn’t take 2 weeks to vault cards
