Sold some of my cards recently and looked to withdraw some funds. Fanatics tried to charge me a $50 dollar wire transfer fee because I'm international and won't let you just send the money to the card/account I used to buy the cards in the first place. Makes it impossible to sell smaller cards to free up some cash. I'm going to sell all the cards I have with Fanatics and withdraw all in one go. Had similar experience when trying to ship cards previously. Fanatics don't care about international customers stay well clear.

I received the card that wasn't looking like when I bought that. Not sure how to explain that but the card wasn't straight, its corners stuck in the plastic. It was damaged during the delivery and slapping it does nothing But in general - Customer service it terrible, response times are extremely slow and assistance is totally unhelpful

I find the site very easy to use. My main complaint is that you can't view more items on one webpage. It is limited to 48 items, which is a very arbitrary number and quite low. It would make scanning things much easier. Also, I would like additional search tools to parse auctions more completely. The bidding is easy but I don't fully get the extended time post the end of the auctions. It would be better to me to have a set time extension or just a final deadline that does not get extended.

I sent in cards and they have not been posted to my vault 😞 way too long. In a separate order I sent in cards to be graded, also way past due. Hundreds of dollars in cards in limbo, trust is lost in this organizations ability to deliver on time.

I place an order over a month ago and they have not delivered the cards and have no idea what is going on. They continue to tell me to be patient with no solution. They refuse they return my monies. It has been a horrible experience. They also will not call you or provide a number to call. Their customer service is horrible.

Fanatics has been working hard to improve their APPS & their Customer Service. You can see the positive difference being made. GREAT JOB to the FANATICS TEAM!!

This was my first time buying off Fanatics. This was a Top Tier experience. The cards that I bought were priced very well, and the packaging and shipping time was superior to any platform I’ve ordered from. I HIGHLY recommend Fanatics on every level! A+++ experience!
