Federal Award Management RegistrationReviews of famr.us

It was a pleasure to work along side Dawn Schneider. She was very knowledgeable of all that was needed to complete my certification. I enjoy organization to its fullest and that is what I appreciated with the process. As I completed the things required, I would receive a new list of what was left vs having one original list and having to check it off and it being messy and confusing. Thank you Dawn for your urgency of returning emails and sending new lists.

Exceptional customer service. The team followed up with me to give me updates. Thank you.

Sierra helped with our companies renewal SAM service recently and we are very happy we went with her expertise. Seamless effort which gives all of us in management a piece of mind. The service was quick and communication was awesome. Extraordinary service!

The services from FAMR are very detailed, specific and professional. Keeping me to have a very clear understanding for the whole situation. and then helping us to get the certificate very smoothly. I am very happy working with them and will still choose their services for the future cooperation.

I really appreciate working with courteous and very qualified Indvidual's at their occupation. It really sets your mind at ease. Ryan and his staff have been concise, very responsive, gave realistic expectations of the process timeline and a joy to speak with. Ryan called me just as the hurricane was fast approaching FL and I questioned why he was working on my file when he had bigger issues to deal with. His response was that he needed to connect with me while he had some time to do so. I was floored. Needless to say, I wished everyone cared so much about performing their job at a very proficient and professional level.

I have had an awesome experience with Federal Award Management team in keeping me inspired and focus on the prize. My organizer who answered every email, returned every phone call, who gave me comfort when procedures was taking so long was Dawn Schneider, she made me feel at ease through the progress. Dawn is knowledgeable, professional, and patient, she has gone above and beyond to get me certified. I thank you, Dawn for being highly skilled and helping my business get to this level of achievement.
