Very professional did everything they said they

The team was outstanding. Eva, Vincent, Noah and Miss Figueroa did an amazing job with the services they provided. They explained everything and navigated the various systems to help me set up my SAM registration, SDVOSB certification and my capability statement. I look forward to working with you guys again in the future.

I used their service to set up my Sam.gov account, but little did I know that they had made themselves the administrator over the account, without notifying me of the option to be an administrator over my own account. You don't need this company to set up a free account through Sam.gov, which you can simply do yourself with a few clicks and email. This was a waste of money in my opinion.

Somehow our companies CAGE & DUNS numbers were shown as inactive on the SAM website. I spent hours trying to address the issue to no avail. I engaged FAMR to correct the issue. The issue took about 2 months to clear up, but the FAMR representative kept me abreast of all the actions and included screen shots of the governments responses. Seeing firsthand all that was required to correct the issue, I know I did not stand a chance of correcting it myself, I am very, very happy I choose to employ FAMR with handling this problem of mine.

Lindsey Hart was wonderful! She helped me get my certification and was always happy to assist. She was very detailed and informational. I would definitely recommend Federal Award Management Registration! Great Service, organized and very helpful!
