FAMR has been very helpful from the first day of onboarding to their different services. The overall response to my questions has been very responsive in a timely manner. I love the teamwork of FAMR.

The initial communication from FAMR was timely and helpful, however there were some technical issues with email that caused some headaches. While the technical issues were frustrating, the specialists I worked with were helpful and timely in responding and helped me walk through the registration steps.

The person most responsible for my overall feeling about the company is Jason Cribbis. I have been in business for myself sine 2020. FAMR came highly recommended from another business, Zenith Roofing, whom I worked with in the commercial real estate space. I looked up the name provided to me, and called. The person I ended up speaking to was a gentleman named, Jason Cribbis. Jason asked me about my business, and seemed to genuinely listen. He gave me a couple of recommendations and told me to think about it and then call him back. Normally a salesman is attempting to hog tie you to the phone to complete the sale but Jason didn't do that. He highlighted the benefits, but made point to reference scenarios that didn't have a great outcome. He simply providing the facts, both good and the bad. His honesty was refreshing. FAMR is not selling guarantees, and they are not promising this thing will be easy. What they provide is an opportunity to build relationships through real opportunity. Jason was not my direct point of contact and yet he accepted every call, walked me through establishing my 1st appointments, and continues to call or email me to see how the business is going. He was kind, patient and has become one of the GREATS in my mind. Every business needs a Jason on their team. Someone who does a little more than their title says they should do, a cheerleader and confident when business isn't going so well- someone who will remind you the opportunity is endless, if only you can muster the strength to push a little more- hold on a little longer, dig a little deeper. My FAMR relationship is ongoing. In all the connections I've made, FAMR is the most treasured- Jason Cribbis is the most treasured. They do not lie or make promises they don't honor. In a world full of misrepresentation, it's amazing to see one company who takes the concept of transparency & actually applies it. I'm so thankful for my FAMR family and the business education I've secured throughout our relationship. This is definitely a group you want to do business with.
