You literally do all the work yourself. They completely stopped responding to me when i questioned them on this. After that they never help to complete the application. 3200.00 completely wasted. Save your money and just do it yourself.

You never completed my SAM registration yet and you were paid in full

very bad services don't waste your money.

We must be the only ones having issues. My wife and I both have businesses and signed up last year. Nothing with this company has been easy. No one follows up. "Hey how's it going? Need any help?" No one can give us a clear answer on what our next steps are when we ask a question. We get "read the contract". We've asked for a supervisor or manager multiple times, and they refuse to have someone with authority call us about our problems. Lord of the Flies with FAMR I guess. We were awarded a contract last summer and a gal that no longer works there never put in information so we could get paid. We won the contract in June, delivered our products in late August. Still haven't been paid. FAMR doesn't care, they haven't helped us. We can never talk to anyone's boss. I have a hard time believing that everyone is having a good experience except for us. To make matters worse, they have the nerve to ask us to renew our SAM registration for $500. Unfortunately, we need to have a current SAM registration to get paid. We'll do that ourselves. We wasted $3000 and a year of our life to get the shaft. I don't recommend this company. I wouldn't take what little help they've given for free. Find a local PTAC (now APEX). What a joke

I used their service to set up my Sam.gov account, but little did I know that they had made themselves the administrator over the account, without notifying me of the option to be an administrator over my own account. You don't need this company to set up a free account through Sam.gov, which you can simply do yourself with a few clicks and email. This was a waste of money in my opinion.

I was assigned three people to help me with setting up my account. My concern was that I am new to this so I don't know how to read the contracts or how to bid on them and none of three people could help. However my marketing specialists was good with my company marketing layout and that was it. I believe this service is expensive for the lack of communication and educating you on how to be successful on winning bids.

Still waiting for my onboarding meeting.

Dawn is very helpful but other than that its a rip off and a scam. Over 6 months in and the contracts they send arent even in my NCIS code. Save your money and time. False hopes, lues, and empty promises
