I got certified as a VOSB but not really sure what else you get for your $3,000. Hopefully you get a great rep like Vince. He stayed on top of everything and kept me informed. He made it way too easy.

Stephanie Kingston, as a newer employee, did a great job in interactions and keeping me informed. There was some confusion as she used her own email address at times, but at times also used a Justin Sanchez email address. The product, for the services rendered, is too overpriced.

I am still in the early process of this, but so far we have been able to at least get our company image situated. I will give a better description of what this company has to offer when we actually are able to make a sale that returns on our investment.

The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because I paid for the SAM registration with my credit card. When I talked to the FAMR registration person they said I had to sign up for 2 years which I did. They assured me that the first charge would be credited and only have the second charge. Now I see both charges on my credit card so I got to go through the hassle of getting it corrected. Other than than...great job.

Many times along the way, my husband and I felt uninformed or uneducated about how to proceed to the next task. We were very frustrated with this system even wondering if we wasted our time and money. There is a definite lack of follow through with coordination. My husband and I feel that we learned very little, some staff appear to be lacking expertise on subject matters and professionalism. VetBiz was more informed about operating agreement then FAMR staff. I am really hoping FAMR is worth the return on investment.
