My experience with this company is the fact that my point of contact is not helpful and I need another advice I cannot give a good review like the ones I am reading about is this the same company wow

First off I want to say Maria Boyance was friendly and helpful in seeing our problem through and I appreciate her help. But I am leaving two stars for what happened prior. Our SAM registration was set to expire on Dec 2nd. So in early November I reached out to Lindsey Hart to confirm we are on track for renewal. This contract is very important to my property owner and we paid good money for this service. Lindsey stated we were on track and it was set to renew. Well, we got an email on the 2nd stating our SAM had expired. Apparently someone named Stephanie took over for Lindsay and botched the whole renewal process and whatever boxes she checked made it look like we were all set on Lindsey's end, we were not. When I called your main line the receptionist took down my info and stated someone would be in touch with me shortly, the never did reach out. Instead I believe a voicemail we left on Lindsey's number was forwarded to Maria and only that way we finally got some traction. This was a frustrating and mildly stressful experience.

The person who was working on this dropped the ball and then left the company. It was a month before anyone picked up where they left off and only because I reached out to you for a status check. Maria Boyance ended up working with me was very helpful though so I appreciate that.
