This was ordered 13 days before our wedding anniversary. Didn't receive on time contrary to the production and shipping time noted on your website. No communication after purchase, no update at the order tracking portion of your website. It came down to me emailing multiple times and finally threatening to file a dispute with my bank and requesting a refund before there were any updates. However, no one acknowledged my emails or directly acknowledged my communications at all. Coincidentally enough, the day after my final email MIRACULOUSLY the order "had shipped". Except it hadn't, a label for shipping had been created. Can't speak to the quality of the product yet, because it was sent certified it requires a signature.

In addition, the majority of orders are processed and produced within 2 - 5 business days. This includes designing, printing, packaging, quality control, and shipping, with delivery times ranging from 9 to 15 business days. Our staff also responded to your email on November 3rd to notify you of the tracking number link, but it appears you did not receive it. I discovered the carrier notified that they attempted to deliver your item at 8:49 am on November 5, 2021 in PRINCETON, TX 75407. A notice was left because the receptacle was full or the item was oversized. You may arrange redelivery using the Schedule a Redelivery feature on this page or pick up the item at the Post Office indicated on the notice beginning November 6, 2021. If this item is unclaimed by November 20, 2021 then it will be returned to us. Did an amazing job
Did an amazing job! A gentleman named David reached out to me to work with me because I had sent a picture of bad quality, and made sure we got one with good quality for the final product which was awesome. He could have just printed it and been done with it but he took the time and care to make sure it looked good. THANK YOU.

Great product and very helpful/responsive company
I got a bit of a late start in picking out a gift for my parents' 35th wedding anniversary, so was a bit nervous that my gift would not arrive on time - in fact I even considered canceling the order at first to search for something I could get quicker. However, Sophia at FamiPrints went above and beyond to stay in touch and made sure that my gift arrived on time, in fact it even got here 4 days earlier than I needed it. It is a beautiful canvas with their names, wedding date and perfectly accurate lyrics of the Beatles' classic song, "In My Life" in the shape of a vinyl record. Great quality. I can't wait to give them the gift and will definitely use this company again. Thanks FamiPrints!
