Great quality
Great quality! I got this for my husband for our 24th wedding anniversary. One of the themes is music. So this was perfect! Our song in a timeless canvas. Love it!! He loved it too!

Amazing.
The canvas print of out song was awesome, he was so surprised and pleased with the product. I originally had to chose what lyrics I wanted on the print, but they ended up using all the lyrics to the song. I would recommend this and will probably do it again for other occasions.

sad!
I am so sad. I came across this website when looking for custom gifts to give for Christmas. I ended up falling in love with what I saw and ordered 2 different ones from them. I placed my order on Dec 4th and still haven't received anything. I have had no status update on my order. all I have is the order confirmation email with the order ID# but when I use it to track the order, it tells me my order is not found. I reached out to customer service and all I got was an automated chat robot that told me that they would get back to me via email. still haven't heard anything from customer support. I am very concerned that I may have been scammed by this website. $120 down the drain. I was very excited about this website, it seemed legit. I'm disappointed.

Furthermore, most of our orders are produced and shipped within 10- 15 business days, with the exception of holidays, which take longer to process and ship. I ordered on November 25
I ordered on November 25. Notified on December 14 that it was shipping. I still have nothing. It’s a Christmas gift. I truly want this gift.

We were notified by the carrier that your order had been lost in transit on December 10th, and we were able to create a replacement for you; the order is currently in transit. Your order will be delivered to you within the next few days.
