The carrier informed me that your country is currently under lockdown in some areas, causing delivery to be significantly slower than expected. The order is in transit on Sep 30th. The reason I’m not giving a higher…
The reason I’m not giving a higher rating is I never received information regarding my order and its status until it was delivered. 2 days after delivery I finally received emails saying it had shipped. The quality of the item is great. The status, shipping and tracking needs alot of improvement.

Beautiful Canvas
Canvas arrived in a timely fashion (about 2 weeks after purchase). It was packaged very securely. Most importantly, it was beautifully done, just as advertised. I would certainly purchase from Famiprints again.

Poor customer service
Update as of 10/13/2021 I finally received my order and it looks decent…the pictures didn’t come out great but I still like it. It took me sending several emails, posting on Facebook and this review to get a response back from the company so communication is not the greatest. At least I received my item even if it was later than it was suppose to be. placed an order with this command have yet to get a shipping confirmation. The order was placed 2 weeks ago. I sent an email to customer service because there is not a phone number to contact them and I have gotten no response. This company is looking like a scam that just takes your money. I looked into the company before ordering but they must do a good job at hiding the bad reviews because I didn’t find very many. So now I have no product from them but they have my money. I will be coming yachting my bank to file a fraud charge against the company.
