When I heard my LP was received and loved it was awesome to hear because it was our one-year anniversary of dating and I was hoping it would be accepted well, and the reaction far surpassed it.

My Valentine with no Valentine….
I placed an order with this company over 2 weeks ago hoping to receive my item for Valentine’s Day because it was a gift. I even paid the extra shipping cost to ensure it would be here on time. To date I have received nothing. I have reached out to the company in the last week at least 3 times with no response. When checking the status of my item the website is showing that it hasn’t even been mailed out yet. This is unacceptable. I have emailed the company again today but if I do not hear anything I will be contacting my bank to report fraudulent activity by this company.

Regarding your issue, it appears that your email was routed to our spam folder or that we were unable to reach your email. Because the customer service team responds to customer emails within 24 - 48 hours of submitting a request. Regarding delivery time, we have a cut-off date of January 31st for all products and January 25th for round sign products. We don't seem to be able to locate your information. Buyers BEWARE!!!
My daughter ordered a product from this company for her boyfriend for Valentine’s Day. Placed the order before the deadline and paid extra for express shipping. It has still not been received, hasn’t even shipped yet and she has tried numerous times to contact them in the past week with no response. VERY disappointed.

Great Valentine's Gift!
I came across this site on accident while searching for ideas for a Valentine's Day gift for my husband. I thought these were such a great idea, and I got "our song" and anniversary date printed. I can't wait to give it to him! I love it! It came quickly, very well packaged, and it looks great. Thank you!
