Excellent customer service
My order ended up slightly delayed. They communicated with me through the entire process and sent me a second when the first was possibly “lost.” I never even had to reach out to them they contacted me first. Which was so nice. I hate having to track down orders, and then track down someone from customer service. I ended up getting both packages. They were great quality, which I wasn’t really expecting since the price was so reasonable. I will definitely be ordering from family panda in the future.

I ordered a mug and this company got it…
I ordered a mug and this company got it right out but it got lost in shipping and even though it was not their fault they were in constant contact with me to be sure I was satisfied and that I did finally receive it! Debra Driver

Mother's day mug with ultrasound
I got the first Mother's day mug with the ultrasound picture for my "first time mom" little sister. She cried when opening it, she loved it so much. They were fast and efficient and sent what I ordered.

I couldn't believe how fast I received…
