Website really clear and easy to use. Huge range of products and original. I'm really sorry to write that and I know it's nothing related to your company. The delivery company you are using is really slow and the tracking can't be udptaded. My order is on the way but when I look online my order is just ready. I know rough times for everyone with Covid-19 but the lack of communication made my experience a bit bitter. Again, I know it's not your fault and your shop is amazing.

Amazing customer service
They care so much. Their rep went extra mile to double check the delivery address even thou she didnt have to. Parcel was delivered to us and the T-Shirt fits perfectly. My wife absolutely loves it. Thanks again

Order long time waiting for delivery
I ordered a cup from Family Panda on 28 July 2021. The customer service via email has been fantastic. They have responded very quickly to my questions. The main problem is that the cup has still not arrived and according to the tracking information Australia Post says it is still in the air and DHL say it has arrived in Australia on Sunday 8 August. Very confusing and still don't know when I should receive the product.

Site à fuir !!
Site à fuir !!! L’impression ne correspond pas à ce qui est mentionné sur le site texte et photo de petit format, rien à voir avec les modèles proposés sur le site ! De plus l’emballage pas du tout adapté à un envoi d’un mug juste du carton pas de papier bulle le mug est arrivé en morceau !!! Énormément dessus de ma commande ! L’article m’a été retourné avec le même emballage et une impression toujours aussi petite et toujours pas centré !!! Aucun geste commercial suite au désagrément rencontré, pour le tarif du mug + frais d’envoi ! c’est de l’arnaque !!! 1er et dernière commande sur ce site !!!
