I ordered a twin comforter and a full comforter. The twin comforter is so small it would fit a toddler bed and the full is the size of a twin bed. So I may need to order a queen size to fit the full bed. Disappointing but the design is great, my son really loves it. It also got here quickly and was able to be a Christmas present.

Package was late, and poor, sparse communication. Likely a trademark infringement going on here selling unlicensed merchandise from China. Wouldn't buy from them again.

Great customer service

I didn't receive my order before Christmas when it stated it was shipped on December 8th (that's when the USPS label was printed). The description stated comforter but the package was the size of a large envelope which it ended up being a comforter cover, very disappointing!! I have requested a return but first they want me to send a picture of my return. Wouldn't they know what was ordered and sent to me? Of all the online shopping I did for Christmas, this was the only thing that didn't arrive on time. I will not be ordering from them again and hopefully will not have a problem returning it.

**DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE GUYS!** I placed an order that was supposed to be a Christmas gift from them weeks ago but I still haven’t received it. I only ordered it because it was promised to be delivered before Christmas. They also stated that they would send me a picture of what the finished, customized product would look like, but they never did that either. When I emailed customer service asking what the status of my order was, they sent me a picture of a tracking number stating, “ Your item departed a shipping partner facility at 7:22 pm on December 16, 2022 in COMPTON, CA 90220. This does not indicate receipt by the USPS or the actual mailing date”, this status has been the same for over 2 weeks now. “WHERES MY ORDER??!!??”

When I ordered the comforter thinking it would be here by Christmas yet it was ordered December 14th and still hadn’t arrived . I believe this company is bogus. I paid over $114 for it and they gave me a tracking number. Yet the label was created in Compton, Ca and I tried and tried to reach out to them but wouldn’t receive any responses. So I had to file a dispute with PayPal. Now this company is saying that the package is out of the US. Wait a minute they stated they were located ina warehouse in San Francisco .. I googled that address and they lied . :( Zillow homedetails 720 41st Ave, San Francisco, CA 94121 720 41st Ave, San Francisco, CA 94121 is currently not for sale. The 1000 Square Feet apartment home is a 1 bed, 1 bath property.). I don’t believe it’s a warehouse in that 1 bedroom apartment.

When ordered it was suppose to take about a week and you were suppose to send me an email with photos of the shoes design to approve it before moving forward. No email, never saw the shoes. And as of today I am still waiting on the shoes I did not approve or see to arrive. Your company sucks

The comforter that I ordered for my grandson personalized with his name and then the Padres colors was really thin. I kept it because my grandson wanted that for Christmas but the quality wasn’t what I would have expected.
