Hi Cathy, We are really sorry for your experience at our store and thank you for bringing this issue to our attention. As we informed you, we resized for you exactly as you requested because our previous factory was repairing and upgrading the system so we had to produce in a workshop our other production. Due to our two workshops, there is a little difference in size but we have noted and made the correct size as you requested. Hope you understand that we made an effort in resolving your problem.
