Low quality
Low quality, high price, comically bad sizing, and overall unpleasant experience. I won’t be shopping here again and I’d rather eat the money than try to get through their return process.

Ok the pajamas are cute but when we got…
Ok the pajamas are cute but when we got them both of my kids broke out in a rash and I do have pictures. I emailed 3 times now and I wanted a refund or at least work with us, I have not heard back. My kids have very sensitive skin due to a house fire we had 2 years ago 😭and I spent all our money for pajamas Christmas pictures but now we can’t even do that. I can’t make my kids wear some Thing that they are allergic to. It’s been more than 30 days so now we are I guess out of luck. Very ☹️ disappointed!

Personalized PJs for Holiday Party
I ordered two sets of personalized pajamas for my sons. They turned out so cute and love them so much. I did have a picture error with one set of pajamas. The customer service I received was top notch! They were responsive, had a solution very quickly and had the new pair of pajamas in time for our pajama party.

I ordered personalized Christmas pj bottoms for my grandkids, and they were well designed with names and initials printed on them. The colors were very festive and the material very soft. Sewn well. We love them!

Don’t do it
Edit to original post. I was harassed once I made a 1 star review so I made a dispute with my credit card ( supplied a lot of evidence and won) 1st they offered me 1/2 of my money back to remove my star and I said no I want it all back. Then they offered me all of it and to cancel the dispute but only after I stop the dispute. Thank goodness I didn’t bc I just was reading more reviews and a lady never received her money back. I also just received an email saying my clothes have been shipped so I feel like they are trying to be sneaky about something. Why would I be getting a tracking on items I already received? Don’t do it. They are cheap made from China junk. Very thin, the sizing is incorrect. They don’t respond to emails. It says refunds or exchanges, but then if you read it says no to both bc these are “custom orders” save your money!!!

This company is a joke!
This company is a joke! I don't even know where to begin. They make it appear they are based in California, which I would assume is where they are registered. The fact is everything is made in China. The pajamas are made of the cheapest most low quality fabric. Don't sit near the fireplace! The color was so off from the picture. The writing was fuzzy. It took 3 weeks to receive. What an embarrassment as we were celebrating early and welcoming a new member into our family. They were expensive. I would have done better at Walmart or Kohls. I'd give this company ZERO stars if I could. It appears legitimate and they do deliver but the advertising and website do not match the actual product received. Just awful.
