My pajamas were not true to size
My pajamas were not true to size. They are at least a size smaller. If you like roomy pajamas I'd go at least a size larger.

Personalized PJs for Holiday Party
I ordered two sets of personalized pajamas for my sons. They turned out so cute and love them so much. I did have a picture error with one set of pajamas. The customer service I received was top notch! They were responsive, had a solution very quickly and had the new pair of pajamas in time for our pajama party.

Greats PJs, but inaccurate notifications and emails!
Pajamas are super soft and look great. I ordered on the last day advertised for them to arrive by Christmas. I shipped them to a friend’s house in a bigger city where shipping is a little bit more reliable. However, I was worried we would not receive them on time. I never received a shipping notification, only a confirmation email and a notification that they were ready to ship two days before Christmas Eve. I was thrilled when I got to her house on the 23, and she said they had actually been there for a couple days. According to the website’s order tracking, the order is still in production. So, in closing, a great product, but 4 stars for the lapse in communication.

Thank you for your review and for loving your new PJs! We're so glad they arrived in time for Christmas. Due to the Christmas rush, we expedited shipping to ensure timely delivery, which sometimes meant our email updates lagged behind the actual delivery progress. We appreciate your feedback and are working to improve our notification system for a smoother experience. Pajamas By Jenny

My original order was out of stock but…
My original order was out of stock but immediately Jenny reached out with another in stock option. The reason why I gave a 4 star is because my order did not arrive before Christmas. I understand during the holiday season packages are delayed however they are located in Chatsworth Ca, I assumed delivery wouldn’t be a problem. But the pajamas are made and shipped from Hong Kong. The quality is good and my grandsons loved them!

Thank you for your feedback! We apologize for the holiday shipping delay and are glad you liked the quality. We'll strive for faster delivery next time. Your understanding is much appreciated! Best regards, Pajamas By Jenny Team

Somewhat sold
Originally the coupon code did not work and had to co text the help center for support. Their quick response was really impressive and the matter was resolved. I was a bit disappointed in the women’s sizing as the pants were really tight in the thighs with no flexibility. Had I know I would have purchased men’s sizes for myself as the pants fits much looser in the legs. Overall the quality and the material was good and nice and light. I do wish the cost was a bit more affordable for a family of 5.

Order way ahead of time-soft and comfy
We had some shipping issues and I ordered in November to have 5 out of 7 sets arrive in time for Christmas traditions. The company was quick to respond and after several communications they offered a partial refund for all the problems. With that said- the pajamas were generous in size, super soft, super comfy and a big hit with the family. The printing colors were just as advertised. I would definitely recommend ordering but give yourself 8 full weeks in receiving to ultimate any problems.

Thank you for your feedback, and we hope to have the opportunity to restore your trust in our service. Warm regards, Pajamas By Jenny

It takes a while to receive your order. Be sure to order early.
I ran into a few hiccups but customer service handled everything and made sure I received my order prior to Christmas. The PJs were comfy. Its worth noting that these run a bit large. Maybe it’s true to fit but other brands I have used over the years have run really small so I ordered accordingly. I would use them again but I would order earlier next time.
