These pajamas were made in china!
These pajamas were made in china, not all what I was expecting for the $$ spent. Not custom made!

While my initial order was incorrect…
While my initial order was incorrect upon receipt, the customer service team made it right by getting me the correct order in time for our family photos. The effort they made was very much appreciated.

The material is cheap horrible customer service
The material is cheap, looks cheap, feels cheap, it’s worse than the stuff from China. They also run HUGE!!! And watch out, you can’t return for dit or horrible material because they’re “made to order”. So you’re stuck with total crap that you paid very good money for!!!

We're truly sorry to hear about your experience, especially your disappointment with the material and sizing. We offer both cotton and polyester-blend pajamas to suit different preferences. Regarding sizing, most of our pajamas are true to size based on our size chart. Could you please measure the items and send us a few photos showing the measurements? If they don't match our size chart, we'll gladly send free replacements, with no return required. Our customer service team is always here to help, and we'd really appreciate the opportunity to make things right.
