2.5 Stars. The pjs are cute. Even though they are super expensive I knew they wouldn't soft and cottony - and thats okat. The pattern is cute. What is off is the sizing and color. I ordered red. They are orange/coral. Based on their size chart, I ordered the appropriate size and they are huge. It stinks you can't exchange them for a different size. They say they are custom but I don't see how. They don't have names on them or anything. Oh well - expensive mistake.

I ordered November 27th
I ordered November 27th. I still haven't received my order, so I can't comment on the quality. Customer service assured me they would be here before Christmas. I am extremely upset though, because the company address is listed as one in the United States and that's a complete lie. The pajamas are coming from China. There was some garbage about how it would take 3 to 5 days to "personalize" the pajamas before they could be shipped, but I didn't order any personalization.

Bad Service
Bad Service I like the pajamas, but they don't back what they advertise on their website. They say "Happy Customer Promise" and "Free Return/Exchanges" . I needed to swap out sizes (package was unopened and NOT customized) - and they said they don't do exchanges, and offered me a discount on another pair of pj's.

They are cheaply made and the shirts…
They are cheaply made and the shirts are stiff from wear the picture is ironed on. The material is very also very thn. I say they run a little on the small size.

Very displeased
They are decent, cheaply made pajamas. The things I dislike about them are they take quite a while to arrive, as they are coming from China, not California as the website appears to show. They are also not normal pajama material. The pants feel like the cheap kids pajamas you get from a discount store with the design printed on. The last thing I don’t care for is the sizing. The pants are extremely long in every size, while the tops are NOT big at all! The pictures show the shirts oversized. In all three sizes I ordered, the shirts are quite fitted and the sleeves are very short. You would need to size up at least two sizes to have the shirts fit as shown on the website pictures and then the pants would fall off. We will have to wear them this year because they arrived so late we didn’t have time to get more, however we will NEVER order anything from here again.

The Christmas pajamas I ordered were…
The Christmas pajamas I ordered were cute... They run a little big, but that is better than too small. I ordered 7 pairs of pajamas (over $380), and all were correct except the infant size. I ordered 3 months, and got newborn. I tried to contact customer service, but the phone number did not work. They did not reply to my texts, so I assume the number is not in service. I went ahead and ordered a larger size (6 months), and it was a different design. I want our family Christmas pajamas to match. I have tried emailing, but have not heard back. It is frustrating to spend over $400.00 and not receive what I ordered. I just want what I paid for...

Cheap quality
The quality is cheap and the lines aren’t crisp. The seams are white on black fabric from overstretching or high heat. The material feels like it has a film on it. It has a sheen. They are not what the other reviews are presenting.
