I ordered pajamas for Christmas 2023.
I ordered and received pajamas for our grandkids ages 20 months to nine years old. Six different sets. They are the most soft, cuddly, wonderful pajamas ever. And the kids all love them because it said they were Christmas cousins crew. They love that. I would definitely order again and this time the adults want some too.

Pajamas Delayed before Christmas
Pajamas didn't arrive instead it's delayed, even though we placed the order 2 weeks ahead and shipping was expressed. The Company promised to get it before Christmas; don't make promises if you can't keep them. It can ruin the mood. Probably not order here again for next Christmas and want a full refund.
Response from familychristmaspajamasbyjenny.comDec 25, 2023
Dear Serenity, We're truly sorry to hear about the delay with your pajamas and the disappointment it caused during the festive season. It's important to us that our customers receive their orders on time, and we apologize for not delivering on that promise. For us to assist you with a full refund, could you kindly provide us with your order details? Please reach out to our customer service team directly, and we will expedite the refund process once we verify the information. We appreciate your feedback and hope to resolve this swiftly for you.
